I am a Computer Science PhD candidate at the University of California Davis. I received my MSc degree from the University of British Columbia and my BSc degree from the Ege University.

In my PhD dissertation, I have investigated the use of GPUs for real-time embedded compute tasks that has allowed me to develop an in-depth understanding of computer games and graphics and a keen interest in mobile computing. Additionally, during my MSc, I conducted studies in the field of artificial intelligence, another area closely related to games. In the future, I would like to work on the development of the standards/libraries and GPU task scheduling approaches for mobile platforms integrating compute capabilities of GPUs with gaming and graphics techniques.

During my graduate studies, I have been very fortunate to work with great advisors: John D. Owens (PhD advisor) and Alan K. Mackworth (MSc advisor). After I graduate, I would like to pursue an academic career in an environment where I can balance teaching and research.
